My fitness journey began back in high school, where I started lifting weights and navigating the complex world of nutrition and training. At 6’2″ and under 70kg, all I wanted was to gain muscle and improve my appearance! This desire quickly evolved into something much deeper than an aesthetic one, and my passion for nutrition and training techniques drove me to gain university-level qualifications in nutrition and human biology.
I have been a personal trainer since 2013, when I began operating out of my own gym facility. I have since transitioned to the exciting world of online training, enabling me to provide personalised, comprehensive, and supportive approach to coaching for my clients all around the world.
I love the endless possibilities to optimise both nutrition and training, and the transformative power this can have both physically and mentally. I find nothing more satisfying than participating in the continual process of learning, sharing knowledge, and seeing others become the best version of themselves!
